Recently, the Mexican ENSENADA quay offshore vibroflotation stone column construction was successfully completed by CCCC Three Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.
This project adopted the bottom feed vibroflot equipment BJVE-400-180-D,which is R&D and produced by Beijing Vibroflotation Engineering Machinery Co.,Ltd. System equipped material contained with double lock pressure seal bins, to make sure stone materials be filled exactly and efficiently.
The diameter of stone column is 1 m,adopted layout method of square type,distances between piles is 2.25 meters,the average depth reaches 6 meters underwater, total 2272 piles.Used a 1,500-ton barge construction platform, to ensure the smooth progress of offshore construction.
